Pseudo class III occlusion can be diagnosed clinically by guided patient to close his teeth in centric relation which show the incisors are in edge to edge with posterior Open-Bite 
Cephalometric must be in centric relation 
Difference between true and pseudo class 3 are 1- skeletal
2- Dento-alveolar
Treatment of pseudo class 3 differentiate from Treatment of true class III
